A good gathering of Broom Owners Club members gathered on the Tingdene stand at the London Boat Show yesterday for a drinks reception. We were pleased to entertain many familiar faces present including the BOC Chair Gill Oldham and its General Secretary and Press/Publicity Officer John Oldham.
It marked a very good day for the Club, having also been featured that day in a presentation on the London Stage at the show.
The Broom Owners Club was formed in 2004 and has steadlily grown over the years to accommodate the interests of more than 450 boats and close on 1000 people. It caters for owners with Brooms built by CJ Broom & Sons and Broom Boats right from the origins of the company to the present day. It is organised into 10 regions spanning the UK, Ireland and rest of Europe and offers members a friendly range of support.
For further information, visit the Broom Owners Club website or, if you are reading this soon enough, the Club's London Boat Show stand E009. And don't of course forget to visit Tingdene's stand B160 - more details of our London Boat Show stand and ticket offer here.
