Looking at selling or changing your boat? Boat not selling in its current location?
Then market your boat at Thames Used Boat Show this Easter, the largest event of its kind on the river. Let our qualified and experienced brokers do the work for you. Our team knows the boating market. We will advertise, talk to potential buyers and even demo your boat. We can also help buyers secure financing, insurance, moorings and tuition.
Thanks to a change in the dates we have a slightly longer than usual number of days after Christmas to complete our final preparations for next year's London Boat Show. Even so, it's high time to tell you what we'll be up to there, between 10-14 January 2018, at London ExCeL in Docklands.
Anyone who knows cruising in the Netherlands will be aware that Sneek, just to the north of the IJsselmeer, is a delightful boating town with a hive of boatbuilding industry including the excellent Jetten Shipyard and DaVinci Yachts close by.
So no excuses then not to take a late year visit to Motorboot Sneek on 3-5 November 2017, a unique boat show where the venues are the yards themselves.
Did you miss our boats at TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show? Then all is not lost because many of them will be available to you on the water, this coming weekend, Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October.
Tingdene Boat Sales will be bringing its broadest range of boats yet to the 2017 Southampton Boat Show in September, ranging from versatile Admiral Boat" motor launches, pedigree sportsboats from Glastron, high quality open cockpit motor yachts from DaVinci, practical river cruisers from Viking and three stunning examples of Broom Boats' latest models. Plus we'll be able to discuss our latest range, the very high quality Dutch steel and aluminium motor yachts produced by Jetten Shipyards and show you details of our wide range of marinas.
Stuck for something to do this weekend? Then do pop along to the Thames Traditional Boat Festival, which is one of the largest events of its type anywhere in the world. Tingdene Boat Sales, along with British Marine Thames Valley and other member companies, will feature a starter boat showcase, try-a-boat experiences and sailing and kayak simulators. Joining the try-a-boat fleet for this event is the Broom 30 Coupe, one of the latest models born of a 120-year-old heritage at Broom Boats. We are also planning to take along our new demonstrator Glastron GS259 - the very latest sportscruiser from this 60-year-old marque.
Tingdene Boat Sales is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as the Thames dealer for the Glastron range of sportsboats, sportscruisers and bowriders.
Glastron is one of the most iconic motorboat brands of all time – the company has been building boats for over 60 years and its classic GT models in the 1960s and 70s were the boats to be seen in. Today's models take design clues from that classic era, but blended with the very latest hull designs, engines, fit out and clever modern detailing to provide great pleasure of ownership today.
Tingdene's summer full of activities keeps on rolling this coming weekend, 8-9 July at Upton Marina where you'll be able to view a wide range of new and pre-owned boats for sale including the Viking 215, Viking 26CC, Broom 370 and Broom 30HT Coupe.
Next stop on Tingdene Boat Sales's summer of events is the Northern Boat Show in Liverpool this coming weekend, 23-25 June 2017. The show is part of the excellent Mersey River Festival, which will see the whole historic waterside of Liverpool come alive with events and attractions.
The Tingdene Boat Sales team is heading across to Conwy Quays Marina in North Wales this weekend to display the Broom 370 (pictured here) and Broom 30HT Coupe on the pontoons of the All Wales Boat Show, which is now in its fifth edition.
Tingdene Boat Sales is delighted to be able to announce the appointment of Olly Wylie as its boat sales executive for the busy Upton Marina boat sales office.
Olly is no stranger to the River Severn. Following graduation studying digital lens media at university he fulfilled a keen interest in boats, kindled by his keen sailing father and holidays in Scotland, by becoming a harbourmaster for three years and then a qualified broker for a similar period of time. He is an elected member of the Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents (ABYA) and joined Tingdene at the beginning of this month.
