This ORKNEY PILOT 20 is a 2004 craft but the engine was replaced with the later 2008 Turn Key Start system
The engine has been fully reconditioned in January 2019 and apart from testing has zero hours
Block honed, new pistons and rings, new big and small end shells
Full engine gasket set
Head skimmed and tested for true, valves reground and new plugs
Carburettor ultra sonic cleaned and full service kit fitted. Carb then tuned to engine
New starter motor
New red relay
New filter set and all fluids changed
Engine set up and adjusted to manufacturers factory specifications
The outdrive assembly has been full stripped and serviced to bring it up to perfect condition to match the engine
Bellows,Transom shield,rams etc all checked and any parts replaced as necessary
New battery
Trim tabs have been stripped and serviced
New navigation lamps all round
New VHF radio
New stereo and speakers
New wiper
New ignition assembly
New dial set with matching senders
New seat covers
The hull has been polished and new anti-foul applied
