Sailing perfection

Exceptional yachts from Bavaria

Bavaria Yachtbau is known for providing excellent value for money, combined with top class design, precision engineering and build techniques to produce world class yachts that perform under sail without compromising on crew comfort.

There are two main classes: the Cruiser Line blends functionality with comfort and sailing performance across a range of six models from 34ft to 51ft while the Vision Line offers futuristic design and labour saving engineering to provide easy passagemaking.

Success of each new Bavaria sailing yacht is assured right from the drawing board. For example, Cruiser Line yachts owe their naval architecture to Farr Yacht Design and external and interior arrangements to Design Unlimited. Once on the production line, Bavaria sailing yachts are produced to a very high level of repeatable quality using the latest manufacturing techniques.

Interior layouts are bright, modern and spacious. The cockpit is not just a working area but a great place to be in harbour too. The sailing capabilities are tuned to provide safe and efficient cruising, over short distances or much longer passages.

The Bavaria Cruiser Line starts with the 34, a little ship with large sailing yacht features such as a three cabin layout, L-shaped galley and a large cockpit with twin wheels.

From there you can progress up through the Cruiser Line 37, 41, 46 or 51. If you enjoy mixing up your cruising with competition in regattas and club events then you also have the Cruiser 41S with its deeper keel and more highly tuned rig to provide greater impetus without sacrificing crew comfort.

And now for something a little different. Bavaria's Vision 42 and Vision 46 models place the emphasis on luxury afloat. They employ state-of-the-art design and novel features including Bavaria's own Trim Control system to make short-handed cruising a practical prospect.
